1. Fresh Entry Recruitment: Fresh entry recruitment is done meeting the following academic criteria:
Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Post Graduation / Master's Degree from any recognized university (UGC approved)
♦ Grad & Post Grad: at least CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
♦ SSC & HSC: total CGPA of 9.00 with minimum one GPA 5.00
♦ O Levels & A Levels: 5As in O Level & 2As in A Level
Trainee Junior Officer (TJO)
Post Graduation / Master's Degree from any recognized university (UGC approved)
♦ Grad & Post Grad: at least CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00
♦ SSC & HSC: minimum GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 for each
♦ O Levels & A Levels: equivalent
Trainee Assistant Officer (TAO) & Trainee Assistant Cash Officer (TACO)
Minimum 4 years' Bachelor Degree / Graduation or Equivalent Degree from any recognized university (UGC approved)
♦ Grad: at least CGPA 2.50 out of 4.00
♦ SSC & HSC: minimum GPA 3.00 out of 5.00 for each
♦ O Levels & A Levels: equivalent
• Without meeting above criteria, none can submit the cv for fresh entry recruitment.
2. Lateral Entry Recruitment: Lateral entry recruitment basically based on relevant experience in the financial sector. However, incumbent having experience in specialized field like HR, IT, Finance & Accounts, Marketing etc. are also encouraged to submit the CV.
